Thank you so much for doing this, all the time, compassion and research is truly evident. I watched it with my 13 years old autistic son, who is just figuring out that there is “something” a little different between him and many other kids at middle school. He kept watching and saying “that’s just like me mom” when you were describing behaviors and situations. I think it helped him turn a corner about his own autism acceptance and his own sense of identity. I can’t thank you enough for putting it into words that ANYONE can understand!!!

This video is a guide geared towards teens, described by experts as "Not your typical dry educational presentation." "Speaks to students of all ages."

I can easily say, that your educational video had a definite impact on the majority of our 340+ students, all of who now better understand the eight autistic students walking beside them in the hallways each and every day

‘People are interesting, People are funny, and People are worth the effort.’ I have a new hero....and she’s a 14 year old NeuroTypical advocate. Alex has been advocating for people with Autism since she was 10 years old. Many adult “Advocates” could learn volumes from the style of this young lady. *Myself included! WOW.......Watch it.....Share it!

At age 14, Alexandra has written and directed this video that really helps people, especially young people, understand the way autistic minds work and how we can appreciate them and grow from our engagement with them. This 15 minute video, in my mind, is completely worth your time. And kudos, Alex on your compassion, knowledge, passion and talent.

This should be shown in all schools and homes. A video created by a teen to teach other teens about Autism. I would say it’s appropriate for younger children too. It’s absolutely brilliant.

My hope would be for every middle school student and educator to see this video. It would be the very best way for them to spend 14 minutes!
